Whats the best way to get AP with out leveling?

Where is the best place a attack or amp rune drops?

Oh, can someone give tips of a good spawn at the PI I can't seem to get a decent exp if I try..

#1. Daily quests / NW quest, however, the amount of AP you get from leveling will always vastly outstrip the amount of AP you can get from quests.

#2. The only place that attack or magic attack runes drop is AoS2; the only place the any amp runes drop is FT2.

i remember the original drop list also said s amp rune drops at trickors and eod b2f and m amp drops in ft and ft b2f.
