Thank you EST since u repaired the forgot pw page or simplified I should say I got my new password and logged into my old account and everything is there and I play for about 10 minutes felt I needed to pass the word to the rest. Again many thanks and great job !!

How did you get your new password? Did you send them a ticket and waited for their reply?
I have this same problem. I keep getting error that my password is incorrect.
