Once assigned (and this is based on your tests, no pots or party, just your buffs), add the corresponding ratings on 3 categories: base, average, critical. So if a particular weap combination consistently gets the worst rating, it's weighted total will be 9 (3,3,3). Conversely, the best will get 3 (1,1,1).
These were my findings:
Mix 40cd Fullamp
PVE
GD 6 5 7
CS 4 8 6
--- --- ---
* 10 13 13
PVP
GD 6 5 7
CS 5 8 5
--- --- ---
* 11 13 12
*18 is worst, 6 is best.
In both departments, the balanced rating (neither best nor worst) made up for the Mix weap combination. Amp dominated the base deprtment but played poorly in the critical. 40cd played poorly, deadlast in the base deprtment but surprisingly didnt dominate the critical department either. On 2 instances, mix outdamages it in the critical (depending on the skill). Mix played consistently (never last) in any department and category.
Do your own method and comparison. Don't just take my word for it.
