Spamming request for buddy/party ect

this new warrior lv 121 poofacekiller needs temp ban, keeps requesting buddy/party ect over and over again, probably lonley or something, give him some ban hammer company for repeatedly sending requests. Also might wanna allow the option to disable buddy request.
