Help about spending money?

Hi guys, I am currently a lvl 97 Blader and I'm just wondering should I spend around 45m on upgrading upgrade skills to max and such for completer or get a good set of armor and weapons first? If I should get good armor and weapons first what kind should I get?

upgrade your skills. then you should get some decent OSM/mystic pieces. OSM suit with 7%amp mystic gloves boots 5% amp DB helm DB kat swords.
