please helm me

sir.. kindly help me with my problem, i forgot my sub password of my character in CABAL PH mars server that's why i cant play any more, i already used account management to reset my sub password, but it seems to be successful, the small icon will appear saying that my sub password is successfully reset, but when i open my account in CABAL nothing happen... the sub password did not reset... please sir helm me... i'll wait for your response...
