I thought about it a bit, and when I do SW>WW>SQ, SW is already cooled by the time your done with SQ. So I guess having heavy slash would be a faster casting time than Cascade's 2.8second or...

I perfer Seismic (18)> WW(9)> Sword Quake (12) > Cascade (20) for pve and mobs in war.
