o.o Umm my refill thing wont go up, it keeps staying at 0. Ofc, I am a noob, and people say I gotta play the game for a while for it to go up. But I've been playing for about 13 hours now. (stright, lol game is so fun)
When I try to buy some anyways, I slect my payment method, the amount. I click "Next"
and then it says something like I don't got enough conditions..
Is all this part of the weird eCoin bug going on? Or is it just because i'm a noob and I need to play more.

To refill eCoin by PayPal, you have to reach certain level and play at least 24 hours. =)
