To make a long story short, i told my wife it was ok to delete her normal quests (why she feels the need to delete all of them i don't fully understand)
She of course followed my "advice" to the T and managed to delete her Mergaheph ring quest.
I was posting on here to see if there was any way to fix it, we have tried everthing we can think of.

What is there to fix? You can just get it back by spoeaking to the NPC...
