Hey guys, im having trouble becoming an apprentice, im lv 11 and my skill exp is 15/16. the thing is i need to be force blader lv 2,but im lv 1, anyone know how i can become force blader lv 2?

Talk to your start town officer, FB would be the GD officer. Get the Battle Style Rank Up quest started.
Talk to Start Town Instructor, will send you to the next town instructor
Next town instructor tells you to go kill X number of mob type, kill those, talk to town instructor again, they will send you to 3rd instructor
Talk to 3rd instructor, again kill X number of mob type, kill those, talk to that instructor again, they will send you to 1st instructor again.
Talk to 1st instructor, they will tell you to do the dungeon challenge test, go to warp 4th door, do the dungeon, when done, talk to your town officer again, you'll rank up to FB class 2.
Kill a nub start mob, up to apprentice

You do this rank up routine at lvl 10, 20, 30, etc through to transcender (lvl 100). 110, 120, etc its start town officer or instructor, the other 4 Npcs are out of the picture from there on.

No, Lvl1 - 9 you are Rank 1, 10-19 Rank 2, etc. Always One rank higher, each Rank Up starting at one. Basic math silly player :P
