Account is missing after Transfer

I logged in and even transferred my account to the new site and I have a copy of the New Confirmation email, but when I log into the game it ask me to transfer my OGP account which I already did. I can't use any features or Help Desk cause of the notice to transfer. Where is my account? =( I tried to click on the link in the email again and a pop up states 'already validated'.

This has happened to a few people. I have a 2nd account that has no characters on it. Wonder where the 6 that were on it went?

Says account was transferred but something went soo wrong.

It's not the estsoft username/pw problem but the OGplanet username and password

I also signed up and logged in for the first time and all my characters were there from OGP, I had to log off for a few and when i logged back in, all my characters were gone again. Why did they disappear if they were there when i first logged in????????? That is not an OGP problem, cause they were there, then they were gone when i logged bacl in.........
