Help with Orbs

Well I've recently decided to get amp orbs instead of CD.
I now have Forcium +7/+8 7% m.amp orbs.
I used to have Lapis Orb of DB +8 4/20 and Bluestin Crystal of DB +6 36% CD.

I'm curious to know if with amp orbs, am I meant to have such low CD?
With Forcy Orbs I have 55% CD but with my old set I had 111%.

I know my damage has improved a lot when it's non crit, but it's very similar when it's crit.

So basically, my question:
Is my CD meant to be so low when I am using amp orbs?

How do I get it up so high?
The only way I can get it higher is by getting a pc dmg helm.
Then I would have 66% CD but with less other stats (having to trade my ros+9 for a RoL+1, to compensate losing 8 rate from my current helm)

20% Base + 36% Helm + 5% AoP+5 + 30% Crit ring + pet + 1% ur + 10% k-red = 102%

that's one mix...+ whatever u get from ur pet

ur=unique ring=merg ring

Buy a red board, and switch one of your orb to +11 forci with 10% Crit. DMG. I believe this orb will do a better job. You will have 86% Crit. DMG. Also, you can try to get Crit. ring +2 instead of RoS +9. That will add up 20% more Crit. DMG, so your Crit. DMG will be 106%. Good luck.

Quick question though: You guys mentioned getting CR's.
If so, does that mean 50% crit rate is not neccessary?

Crit Rate = 5% Base + 25% Rol1/Merg ring + 11%astral + 3% k-red + % pet = 44%

if u have rol+2 and a couple from ur pet, u'd have 50+

til then, that'd do. Just spam critical lol

Besides, if u go either aura (+16 cr) or aos (+25 cr), u'd be wasting the +8 to +17 rate without max critical rate+ then u'll have to take off either rol+1 or merg and place there either another cr+2 or ros+9/10. or u have no need for the rate rings at all, either rol+1 or merg, temporarily while in those 2 buffs.
