I am considering changing my helmet, and if I do, I'd also have to change one of my rings.
I currently have a 8/20 +6 osm helm.
I'm thinking of changing to a pc dmg osm +8.
Because of the loss of rate from my current helm, I'd have to change one of my rings to a RoL+1.
So basically, which combination is better?
-8/20 osm helm +6 & RoS+9.
-36% dmg osm helm +8 & RoL+1.

Currently up to level 7 - forcium
Martial boot crafter:
Currently up to level 3 - titanium *new*
Buying list:
-Battle Cart Lv3: 300k each
-Battle Cart Lv4: 1m each
-Osmium Battleboots 2 slots +0: 8m each
-Thunder Discs Lv4: 4m each
-Soul Disc Lv2: 5m per stack

Both helms are good, the 36 is better in AoS and aura.
