Cutscenes (for the actionnnn)

Agreed. Most people do the quests just because of the exp/alz they give, not really because they want to do the quest, and sometimes the quests are tedious/annoying enough because they have to kill tons of monsters for kill quests and more for the item quests. So in realistic terms, putting cut scenes within some quests will only slow down the progress of the player, and slowing down the progression of the player will only annoy them more.
