Is the email you are using yahoo or gmail? ESTsoft recommends those. Are you able to log in from the download page at all?

If your most used browser is Browser X, then you might not be able to login. But able to login in Browser Y.

My OGP and EST accounts are set under the same hotmail account and i find that its working fine since i go the email immediately when i requested a new PW
remember that when i verified my account it then logged me out or i closed my browser and i wasn't able to log in with the EST password soo i requested a new pw and its telling me to verify again... now if i had to build the site it shouldn't have asked me to verify again to then tell me Incorrect info when both my ID and Email is linked to the same OLD OGP account info (the OGP info i used the 1st time i verified which was correct and successful) the verifying again shouldn't be popping up i should have been able to log in with my new password.

I got the same problem with spamzor.... cant transfer my account.. said " Information not Vaild"..............
i transfered too before they opened the servers, and it was successful.. right after the servers are up, i tried to loggin, and it says
"Agree with OGP to EST transfer" which i think i already did... and i tried it again transfering with the same old OGP account..
then it was like " Information not Vaild".. ugh!! i dont want to lose my account... i hope they will fix this one..
