i re installed cabal lately and i wanted to make a new character when i made him i went to interact with an npc and nothing happens i click on them but just nothing works and its irritating i tried to see whats wrong but everything seems fine but the iteractions with a npc whats wrong???

If you have a quest open finish it up then try and speak with the npc.

It could be a glitch. I have trouble with talking to NPCs every now and then. Try talking to another NPC to see if you can go back to the first one and talk, or simply relog.
