Banned?

Well, i decided the other night to come back to Cabal online, since i had got tired of it a year (ish) ago, until tonight when i had redownload'ed it to find out my account has been banned, I'm sure i did not hack or Violate the Terms of Service, Is this an error on the server?
A bit of info would be greatly appreciated, i want my old goodies back
Not sure if it's important or not but my character was around level 90 range i THINK it has been a while, but i know i was able to run some dungeon in Fort Runia or something like that? *shakes head* An Force Archer.
