There have been numerous reports about players being blocked from the game due to purchasing hacked items unknowingly. This issue has spread across both servers and is continuing to occur. This is a big problem that needs to be solved immediately, it has lead to players quitting the game to suicidal missions in real life. If this continues, your game will be shut down mother -beep-.

Thanks for the report! We're well aware of this issue going on and we strongly advise people who have been hacked or blocked to send us a ticket. We will be able to explain why and also assist players by letting them know what steps need to be taken. In the mean time, please refrain from posting on the forums regarding this situation as it only slows down the process. Instead, please let us know via the Help Desk if you've encountered this issue yourself.
