Need Advice for my Gears

Hi there fellow FA's can you give advice to what i needed to change on my gears? i am currently lvl 139.

Forcy Helm +6 10% CD
Forcy Gloves +3 3% M.Amp
Forcy Suit +3 4% M.amp
Forcy Boots +4 3% M.Amp
Forcy Orb +7x2 10% CD
EOS +6
AOP +4
ROS+9x2
ROL+1x2
CR+1x3
FREx2 (+3hpr & +4hpr)
BOS+4x2

um first of get a 36 dmg helm or 20 dmg 8 rate helm depending on your rate
and eos7 would be good upgrade
if it doesn't cost you alot bos3slotd would be prefered
all that forci is good for def but its killing your dmg most fas have 7 amp from each peice- you could go down to osm or tg 7 amp gear
your orbs are ok but you could get topaz db or forc orb 20 dmg unles u like amp then go 7 amp forc orb

i think it depends on your budget, which just decides your armor grade, stit-sigmetal. But id try to make your boots, gloves and suit have 7% m.amp, try to get your hands on some BOS+3 slotted (or whatever the new ones are with 8% amp), and as said above, try for a 36% cdi helm. I personally go for amp weps, but its whatever you prefer i think

May we know what your budget is?
But just some general advice:
-A level 139 FA will do just fine with osmium amp gear (7% m.amp) ; suit, boots and gloves
-Try to get at least a 36% CD osmium - a cheaper substitute to this may be a 7amp 20% CD s.tit helm (please note that these are CB on equip)
-Ultimately, you'd be aiming for an orb of 20% CD or higher. Your next orb upgrade would probably be a Forcy Orb +8 or so (7% amp).
-Get your merg ring.
-2x BoS+3 (slotted with m.amp)
-Maybe get some VE+5

Thanks Guys for the advice! as of now i have 60M and still saving for the 7amp gears. i already have +7 osm suit +50hp 7amp
& STIT boots 7amp but is downgraded from +9 to +6 trying to make it +12 ^^.
so ill just look for 7amp gloves and a 36cd helm and make all of it atleast up to +9 and still keep my forcy for dungeon runs.

With your budget, +8 s.tit would be fine. No need to aim so high.
Depending on your current orbs, you'd probably want to upgrade them to forcium.
If you've already got a decent pair of forcium - even just something with a good base magic attack - get a pair of BoS+3 (slotted) next.
