Which class are u playing ? If u are a WI, FA ros10 is better even when u in sp mode. If u aren't WI or FA go for cr2 (even in this situation u should use rof10 because of its def but since u dc about def ...) . Remember that everyone def is high especially in t5 which make the cd slightly weaker than matk and amp.

One thing you might want to consider is according to what type of weapon your geared with for example if Forcium weapon then CR+2 or if lower grade weapon then RoX+10. Reason is the attack stat on the RoX+10 can help with the lower grade weapon, just my opinion though.

CR2 will do more on crits, ros10 will do more on non crits.
