Gamemon.des error

When I launched Cabal i get an error saying gamemon.des has encountered a problem. Then i hit close and it brings up the cabal window and says something about the erl files.

you would prolly get more info if you post this issue there with many others than in this thread by itself. Plus this thread is very likely to drown away and GMs won't even notice.

Try either using the cabal Patch, or uninstalling (you can ask gough or search ogp forums for full regedit uninstall if u need) and then re downloading the client and installing, i would just try to patch it if you already didnt try this.

i patched it once and uninstalled it 3 times didnt work

hmm is a gameguard error jus dunno how you would go about fixing if you already tried uninstalling/deleting. Did you go through the registry and delete gamegaurd before you reinstalled? tbh i dont think i can even help you this is complicated o.o i know taht when u start gameguard it hides/modifies every proccess running, and when it comes to virus/spyware software it can cause headaches. some guy ran ProccessGuard to see what gameguard was doin upon start up of maple story and heres what he got lul

dont ask me what it means, i wished i never googled it now cuz its bothering me and i dont even have the error lol..but now that whole thing Brolic was saying about vent lagging w/ switch to gamegaurd sounds definitely possible.

well cabal still wont work and i changed the gameguard file to .exe and got rid of gamemon error but it still tells me to reboot my comp everytime and that doesnt work
