Transfering character from one account to a other?

I have an old account and i was wondering if i can transfer a character from that old account to the account that i am using right now. I sent this to the help desk and no GMs have answered me and it has been a week.

You can transfer it after they release the character/account transfer item on the cash shop, which means you have to pay USD to be able to transfer. No word on when they will release those items though.

ok thanks, but do you think if i talk to a gm or something like do you think they will do it for me or would they just say o you just need to wait until the item comes out in the cash shop?

They won't do it for you haha, otherwise people will just ask the same thing.

It's already out in the cash shop. go to transfer and you can do it. Also, it's not an item, you pay the eCoin right there after the selected character has confirmed to the transfer.
