    Skills will not progress

    I got my acct transfered from OGP not long ago. I am a 43 blade with Master on both sword/magic. The descriptions are in red color and my skills lvl will not progress no matter what I do. What is going on?

    They changed it so that you have to be a certain level to rank up now. Like you need to be level 100 and complete the level 100 rank up to become a transcender. But, you can use dummies freely without premium now

    So I am screwed until I hit lvl70 as the description says? This is stupid!!!
