Game is not Working!

Ok...I've had to do this twice so far. Not interested in a third time but I don't know what else to do. I've uninstalled Cabal online program. Re-installed full version. Played all last night. This morning, I tried to start program. Client loads. I click start program. GameGuard starts up and disappears, I get a flash and nothing. KasperSky (Firewall). Lets me know about the gamemon.exe. I tell it to allow, but the game will not run. Why does it run the first time I install and not after? I've gone into Kaspersky and a allowed every file associated with Cabal and still it does not load after gameguard runs.

I just figured it out. Has nothing to do with firewall. It's my video card. When I ran it in window mode, program loaded fine. I'll try installing any graphics updates and see if that fixes the full screen loading. I'll post here if it works.
