When I try to go fullscreen to record on Fraps (Because Fraps won't let me record in Window Mode) the game screen turns into yellow and bright. I can still see everything but it turns to yellow and bright and I can't record with this kind of crap.

why can't you record in window mode? mine works fine o.O

When I press F9 in window mode it doesn't do anything, the counter doesn' show also.
What settings do you have? Maybe I'l copy it o.o

i have it at full-size and monitor aero desktop is on. try that O.o
You may just have to wait, sometimes you have to wait a bit for it to start. Try shutting it down and re-opening it and try recording again. normally works for me.
