The merc is op when you're 190. 7Bars starting out + 3Bars per merc. gg. Also, I'm a wi and SP right before I enter a dung. That's 11 bars im not even sure ic1 even has that many bosses.
I think the merc is more geared to if you want to 2-3 man a dung without a wi.
