Can't get in the game

I have been trying to get into the game for the past couple of hours with no success. Figured the maintenance had been held up or something even though it said it was complete.

I get to the log in screen and enter my info and the blue bar fills all the way til i get the message to try again later.

I rebooted my computer and that didnt help.

I dont see anything on the forums that others had trouble getting in the game.

Any ideas for me on how to fix this short of deleting and reinstalling cabal?

I just clicked check files on the starter screen and it says update raised an error fileinfo.dat.

does that information help anyone answer my question?

Are you on your personal internet or are you using a shared network (school, dorms, etc.)?
