(!) no user found

[Deadthomas]

OK I try to retrieve my password as the site or game won't let me log in on my main account; so I enter my email addy on the forgotten ID and password page and get my user name of Deadthomas but then when I try to get them to send the password to my email I get (!) no user found


Any Ideas of this ?!?

I've created another account and sent in a help desk ticket but no response I understand its a holiday and the site and game are taking alot I'm just hoping not to lose my main characters

I'd wait I don't think you could lose your characters through somthing like that.
