    8 rate 20% cd VS 36% cd martial helm. for blader

    which one is better, or which one is good for blader to use?

    36 dmg helm = 36 dmg
    8 rate 20 dmg helm = 35 dmg + you lose 2% rate.

    So the only diff really is 2 rate 1 dmg.
