well i guess i mess the nations quest becouse i;m lvl 136 would like to know if the black
tranmutal in the cash mall where you can change nations with the lost soil quest will it let me chose a nation plz help to decide weather to buy it
lost at lvl 120,man without a nation i cant go to war chanel with my guild

first off, are you proc, cap, or neutral?
then if your proc u can use the black transmuter to go to cap and vice versa if your cap
but if you're neutral then u cant change nations, because u have to have a nation for the black transmuter to work
