woah... does this means update would come in a few weeks.... O.o

read carefully, it stated that there would be 10 bringers on each server, 2 on each tier, 1 on each nation.(5tiers x 2)

It says 10 for each level range
I dunno but im reading it as 5 for proc and 5 for cap on TI and so on for T2 T3 T4 T5
