cabal sometimes crash my other softwares

as title says,
some of my software will crash when im playing on cabal.

1. MSN
2. QQ (a chinese IM software)

2 softwares for me so far
btw my OS is win7 ultimate 64 . dunno if its related.
it happens somtimes , and always.

I hope estsoft could fix this.

Ooh sorry for late post. People kept pushing your thread down xD. Most likely your using over 80% of your computers resources for cabal(which is bad, yes). If you run another program while using that many resources it will get rejected.
EG: Your playing cabal and try to run msn, Msn will get pushed down because cabal is using more space.

umm....
well i dont want to run other softwares when im playing cabal , except for some IMs and some default programs such as AntiVirus.
it wont take my comp 80% of its resource to run cabal , my computers good.
my IMs crashed just when im playing cabal.
