Where do we have to buy it from the Char A acc A (that we want to transfer or Char B acc B (receiver acc)?

hi ty for that soo receiver pay for the acc transfer item and the sender just need the code for it ?but when i get the code they tell me to check detail of the character send buh i see nothing, dont understand why =[

the receiver pays for the transfer service, the sender would have a code that he needs to put in (or tell the receiver) so that the receiver can input it on the service and get the character, at the same time this code only valid for a limited time (i think 5mins?) so he got to put the code w/ in that time before the time runs out. basically to do this. if ur sending the char to someone else you guys might wanna go on vent/msn so thgat u guys can talk irt.
