^THIS!!! bm1 in pvp for a FB is rough til the 110 rank up because you cant combo while in it. but never the less still great dps/def/hp. at 1 time my 109 fb in arua+bm1 3 hit a 168 wiz. wont happen everytime and all 3 hits were crits but u get the point.

Aura then BM1 = probably the strongest possible character in pvp. In pve it's only good if you're in a party where someone else is tanking. I prefer bm2 in pve because of the constant dps and vamp.

My only reservations for BM1 are the loss of rate since lightning cannon only boosts your atk, not your rate/dmg like the blade buff does, annnnnnnnnnnnd that generally you're either gonna get mobbed by everyone around you to take you down quick in war or you'll find yourself in a tight spot in pve if your party dies and then it runs up. But otherwise god damn, FB BM1 is amazing. But I agree with fps, the BM2 + vamp is best for pve. you still gain a good amount of defense/atk, but you dont lose the benefits of your blade buffs and the dps is better than any other bm2. even FA doesnt match up to be quite honest. Ive experimented with both bm2s with vamp and the restoration was in greater chunks every hit and the damage dealt was more devestating with the FB. But yes, lvl all 4 of your cannons to 20 and start using it as you will. at level 130 you get this amazing bonus in which you can finally aura/bm1 combo. Something I highly recommend every FB attain. Cause that's what makes you the most dangerous, is the added rate/dmg from your aura. especially once you get a legacy wep, you'll find yourself crittin your enemies to pieces.

That's why I said aura then bm1. Not only do you get enough rate boost from aura, you also gain m.atk before bm1 is casted which gives you a boost in stats as well.

But sometimes I don't feel like using 2 SP bars......1) it cuts down the full time of usage, and 2) that's twice as many I have to refill at some point, and i could need a critically timed aura at some point, especially in war o.o you hardly see me in BM1 unless im ripping up the cap's front line with my leg, amp pot, and instant immunity pot.

wind, stone, lightning, and aqua all lv 20? and does other cannons do anything to stats?

If you're using bm1 in war without using aura first, you're part of the problem.

And no, only lightning, stone, aqua and wind affect bm1. After that the more magic attack you have at the time bm1 is casted, the stronger the bm1.
