Still can't log in

Been trying to get back in for over a month and I'm about to give up. My password works on the site, but doesn't work in game. Somehow, there's nothing in any of the help files that says how to reset the game password.

In the account page there's something called a "Sub password". What in the world does the sub password do? I've tried resetting that too but it doesn't work as the in game password.

i think sub password is just to annoy hackers :P
also if u cant login perhaps your country has ipban? (assuming your not where the server is based lol)
