Is the reason behind the "Z" targeting of mobs in PvE being removed, due to the Devs and GMs deciding to consolidate Mercury and Venus servers into one server with more channels for easier game administration? C'mon, be honest with me. I, as well as the rest of us, want the TRUTH about the why of this move!

The Dev team applied this change for balance reasons. There are no other external factors involved.

All stats on items are going to be rebalanced. So although it may seem high compared to our current items, it will be proportional.

Since the cooldown time is going to be the same no matter what your skill level is, what orignial level will the cooldown be? 1? 9? 12? 20?
