the 1st one only gets 4% cd bonus, so its 56% cd, not to mention it would be exponentially more improbable to get than the 2nd one

Titanium Katana 10% CD crafted with 10% CD in first slot and 7% S.amp in the second slot.

dosnt spur have 1? i could have sworn he has a 7amp/16 dmg forci orb, i may be worng ill look for the SS of his gear.
