big deal if it's the same person. and totally im new while sitting on two 17x characters and have been playing since beta. i don't really care about the fact that it's the kid in the video, something that's completly on another subject here. we are talking about the kid's HR, not his blader. why you trolling the kid so hard, huh? why don't you find something better to do like get skill in war so you can stop your crying about the kid's honor so much.

it is possible that this list updates slowly
and the last time it updated raidingcrush was HR9
and he has since turned in 45,300 wexp
but, i dont think the list updates that slowly

maybe he saved up 45,300 wexp
but i doubt that, since he would have been without the titles from HR11, Hr12, and Hr13 while saving up to do a mass turn in at HR14
a mass turning in is more unlikely since he only turned in exactly enough to get hr14
