for BLs and FAs it was F9Devil and Neiro after they retired it became Starlen and Button/Hisano after they retired i dont see anyone considered good in these two classes. Phan has the gear but wat he does in war is pretty weird so i never really get to fight him much. Bipito and Pioneer just run or die unless they got a mass help/FBs nearly

well people said celija moved to tier 3 but i havent really seen any FA that caught my attention this week. maybe ill notice when he gets guardian so i can actually see the name

I saw him in T3 war with crybebe all time, but honestly compare to haniel/phan/button or either SS, his dmg and skill still have space to improve... I'm not going to say he's weak, maybe his lv is the only problem. =]

level does make a huge difference. I noticed myself that even when I had pretty good gear, my biggest jumps in strength were after getting 160, and subsequently 170.

Yup lvl does make a huge difference, but in Burnings case, his just too smexy!
